PHOTOMEDIAWORLD is service created with the view to people from all over the world, who are passionate with photography and want to share its achievements with others. Each registered User is able to publish its photos, and also is able to participate in discussions and rate photos of others Users.

The only condition of using our service is to accept the rules of this Terms of Service. Each person who has decided to create an account in service is obliged to put all demanding personal data during the registration process. After completed registration a person is becoming an User and has to obey rules of Terms of Service.

All personal data passed during the registration process are protected and shall not be available for other parties. E-mail address will be used only for sending necessary messages during the registration process or in cases of losing access password. Personal data will be not available for any other Users.

1. Person creating account in the service is obliged to put in the registration process only true and correct data requested in registration form.
2. Administration of the service is informing and User is accepting, that in case of any incorrectness or overusing from the User side, the account will be deleted without a prior information.
3. User is accepting a must of publishing only these photos, for which he owns a copyrights and knows, that publishing anyone’s photos is forbidden and such activity is carrying effects of legal and financial responsibility regarding to User according to local regulations and international law.
4. User is not allowed to put in the service photos which are conflicting with social standards and customs, contravening third parties personal rights, containing pornographic content, agitating to forbidden actions, containing racist subjects, presenting criminal scenes, offending against the local and international law. 
5. User has a possibility to delete a photo or photos from one’s account in every moment without any restrictions as well as to delete an account. Although in the second case Administration is approving the action.
6. User accepts that any behavior inconsistent with standards and customs respecting are forbidden in this service. User will not use rates and comments either to private revenge or to present one’s political, racial or religious opinions. User will not use any vulgarisms, neither one by time nor in the context, as well as any offensive or provocative expressions.
7. User has right and should advise in its comments, should help other users to develop theirs photographic skills, its opinions and comments should be constructive. User also may rate according to its own taste but also in harmony with Terms of Service.
8. User has right to raise for moderation comments or photos belonging to other Users if he finds that they are violating Terms of Service, local or international regulations. This raise is investigating by Administration, who will take a final decision regarding to pointed content.
9. User fully accepts taking over responsibility and legal commitments as well as court and litigation charges if in result of User’s actions in this portal there will be any claims directing at Administration from the third parties side regarding to any law regulations.
10. User agrees for putting on its computer cookies files as necessary to proper service action.
11. Each User can has only one account in this service. In case of any overusing of this rule all User’s accounts will be deleted permanently and without any prior information.
12. Administration of this portal reserves itself right to deleting content, photos or accounts of User or Users if there will be ascertained that they are violating rules of this  Terms of Service.
13. Administration does not take any responsibility for the content published by the Users in this service.
14. Administration  does not take any responsibility for cases of partially or fully lose of content and photos placed by User and does not participate in any consequences of it.
15. Administration has right to temporal or fully putting service out of action without prior informing Users, as well as to making changes in the rules of service activity such as adding or subtracting functions which are available to the User.
16. User is obliged to protect its login and password which are his access to this service. Administration does not take any responsibility for taking over access data by third parties and any damages that could be consequences of this action.
